By causing a spherical hollow container to rotate simultaneously aroundlongitudinal and transverse axes, the generated inertial centrifugal force uniformlydistributes dense liquid metal on all inner walls of the container, confining a sphericalplasma at the center. This method enables long-term plasma confinement, with theliquid metal layer serving to protect the container's inner walls from plasma damage, shield neutrons, regenerate fuel and reflect thermal radiation from the plasma.
