A Novel Multi-Stage Virome-Based Cancer Therapy
A novel cancer therapy using gene-edited viruses from the patient's body. First, cancer cells are grown in the lab. Then, a suitable virus is identified and genetically modified to specifically kill these cancer cells. A novel device called the "evitsoliser" is used to optimize the virus's effectiveness in a tumor-like environment. The optimized virus is then delivered directly to the tumor, with localized suppression of the immune system to allow it to work. Finally, the immune system can be activated to eliminate the virus after it has destroyed the cancer cells, acting as a safety mechanism. This personalized approach aims for a targeted and potentially less toxic cancer treatment. Research has already been made regarding most of the topics in this.
