This paper unveils a pioneering theory casting space-time as a fluid-like medium with variable density and viscosity, shaped by mass, energy, and gravity. Merging general relativity with fluid dynamics, it unifies gravitational wave propagation, galaxy formation along cosmic filaments, and cosmic void expansion. Dark energy emerges as space-time’s intrinsic tension, yielding testable predictions: enhanced gravitational wave amplitudes near dense regions, increased void redshift, and expansion anisotropies. Presented as a theoretical framework on February 23, 2025, it awaits testing with LIGO, SDSS, DESI, and Planck data, with preliminary 3 GB Planck CMB analysis in progress.
