<p dir="ltr">This dataset contains the bibliographic references used in the narrative review titled <i>“Bridging the Gap: Advancing Vascular Surgery in Sub-Saharan Africa – A Review of Challenges, Innovations, and Policy Pathways.”</i> References were collected from PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, WHO repositories, and grey literature sources covering the period <b>2000–2025</b>. The dataset includes citation details that informed the analysis of workforce capacity, training, infrastructure, innovations, and policy pathways for vascular surgery in Sub-Saharan Africa.</p>
