Modelling land-use and biodiversity impacts of UK dietary guidelines

<p dir="ltr">This poster was presented at the British Ecological Society Annual Conference in December 2024. The work is part of Niamh Kelly's PhD research on aligning the UK food supply with the Eatwell Guide, and the potential impacts this could have on land use and biodiversity.</p>
