Methods and metrics for the assessment of research data management maturity, adoption of software tools, and data sharing outcomes in neuroimaging
Poster presented at the 12th International Digital Curation Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland in February 2017.
The poster presents the methods and survey design for a project to assess the maturity of research data management practices among researchers using functional MRI to study human neuroscience. The survey asks researchers to rate and describe their practices throughout the research lifecycle including during planning, collection, analysis, and publication phases and to specify which digital platforms and software they employ. It also asks about experience and future plans regarding publicly available data and code and open access publication.
This survey was run in summer 2017 and results will be published in late 2017 or early 2018. The complete survey instrument and dataset will be made available at that time.
