LIMPID: Large-scale Image Processing Infrastructure

The poster describes the LIMPID project supported by the National Science Foundation. The BisQue software infrastructure for large-scale image management, sharing, analysis and discovery is being developed at the University of California, Santa Barbara, with the goal of enabling reproducible image data science. Collaborators on the project include researchers from the University of California at Riverside and the CyVerse project at the University of Arizona.
