R script that converts the data in GM_primary_files.zip and MM_primary_files.zip and converts them to the forms useful for R/qtl2, in MM_processed_files.zip and GM_processed_files.zip.

Requires the qtl2convert package, https://github.com/rqtl/qtl2convert
