<p dir="ltr">Four programs are needed to produce outputs for the AMETHIST modelling analyses.</p><p dir="ltr">File 1/4 is 'hiv_synthesis_fsw_zim04Aug25_FIGSHARE' (and uses file 2/4 'Zim_parameters13')</p><p dir="ltr">This file was run 2000 times of which 100 runs met the calibration criteria for Zimbabwe. This is a stochastic model and hence running the model 2000 times will not produce identical outputs to those analysed. However, conclusions are expected to be as presented in the paper.</p><p dir="ltr">SAS is required to run this file, together with a Zimbabwe specific parameter file ('Zim_parameters13'). This parameter file needs to be saved to a local directory. This produces means of the outputs which are analysed using 'analysis of output file_zim'. Further comments/explanations can be found in the code itself</p><p><br></p>
