<b>Th-1 Cytokine-Primed Small Extracellular Vesicles from Limbal Mesenchymal Stem Cells Modulate Immune and Inflammatory Responses in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis: An Ex Vivo Proof-of-Concept Study</b>

<p dir="ltr">This study provides ex vivo evidence that small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) derived from Th1-cytokine-primed limbal mesenchymal stem cells modulate immune and inflammatory responses in Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. sEVs promote Treg expansion and reduce effector T cell activation, supporting their potential as a cell-free immunotherapeutic strategy.</p>
