The "pCO₂modeling" R script includes the simulation of river pCO₂ spatial expansion, specifically involving the use of grid search to identify optimal parameters, building a random forest model, spatial extrapolation, and generating scatter plots for model evaluation. The "Uncertainty analysis" R script includes uncertainty analysis during the simulation of river pCO₂ spatial expansion in permafrost regions from 2000 to 2020. The "Clip and resample" Python script includes the code for clipping and resampling TIFF files during the research process. The XLSX file contains the river CO₂ data collected for this study.
