WMO SMM-CD_NRP Guidance Booklet v01r00

The Stewardship Maturity Matrix for Climate Data for National and Regional Purposes (SMM-CD_NRP) is a self-assessment form (MS Word) that can be use to evaluate gaps in the management and stewardship of data managed with the goal to improve the quality of the data management. The SMM-CD_NRP is the national/regional version of the SMM-CD. Both were developed under the WMO High Quality Data Management Framework for Climate. The Assessment form has a user manual in the form of a Guidance Booklet.
