Three advanced feedback strategies for surgical supervisors

In our conversations and observations with surgeons, we noticed that some supervisors have more extensive educational training and expertise. These three advanced strategies are drawn from a four-year research project to understand feedback in surgical training. They offer suggestions for those who have developed a grasp of educational principles, have good feedback rapport with their trainees, and wish to advance their practice.
