The main objectives of this survey are to investigate: (1) whether practitioners have used log monitoring tools for log anomaly detection and (2) practitioners' expectations for automated log anomaly detection tools. Your insights will greatly contribute to our understanding of log anomaly detection techniques and assist us in developing useful log anomaly detection tools for you and other practitioners.
