Supplementary material: Frequentist and Bayesian analysis methods for case series data and application to early outpatient COVID-19 treatment case series of high risk patients

This document contains the computer code and the raw calculations for our paper "Frequentist and Bayesian analysis methods for case series data and application to early outpatient COVID-19 treatment case series of high risk patients". The results of the calculations are summarized in the main paper's tables. Also included is the code used to generate the plots reported in the paper as well as the $p$-value plots for each case series studied in the main paper.
