Spelling, pronunciation, and vocabulary with Dutch music

Older Dutch music (text, audio, and video for teaching purposes) with open word exercises (fill in the blanks) focus on spelling differences with Afrikaans, vocabulary, and listening skills.

The artist's name is included with each song used for teaching and learning purposes. The music can only be accessed by students formally enrolled in the program.

Students are expected to listen to this from the start, especially in the first three weeks, to complete the interactive online activities in the course, Nederlands leren spreken, UFS. This will enable them to listen with ease to more recent and modern Dutch music as well to continue their learning experience on their own after the course as well.
