The Report 2023 Crops Evolution in Spain, created by Cocampo, shows how the country’s most prominent crops have evolved over the last decade, as a result of the increase in food production to satisfy a growing population and changes in consumer eating habits. Crops such as almonds, pistachios and soybeans, recognized as superfoods, are experiencing an increase in popularity due to their benefits, while others, such as vineyards and industrial crops, are decreasing in cultivated area.
