Plant+Fungi ITS reference database
The repository contains the reference sequences and associated taxonomy of all plant and fungal ITS sequences retrieved from NCBI on April 4th 2023. This database was curated using the DB4Q2 pipeline (see Dubois et al. 2022, BMC Genomic Data).
