One-page Research Concept Paper Tool

This one-page concept paper tool provides a simple template for conceptualising research projects or theses.

The tool is designed to help research teams, supervisors, and students reflect on their research and establish a clear link among the clinical/social problems, research problems, objectives and methods.

The tool was developed based on the author's previous experiences in planning and supervising research projects. It may be used preferably for the first discussions about a research project/thesis before developing a full proposal or protocol.

It is anticipated that this tool will make the research conceptualisation and operationalisation process easier and more rigorous for students, supervisors and research teams.
