The relationship between law and the thought of the French philosopher, Gilles Deleuze, is an interesting one. Throughout his work, Deleuze, often, manifested his contempt for judgment and representation – undeniably, two fundamental characteristics of law and legal thought more generally.Yet, as I argue, it is worth examining because it, potentially, opens up different, non-juridical, an-archic ways of (re)thinking about jurisprudence and law in general terms.
