Figure1 – data –

Correlation_Calculation:

Calculating correlation and merge with the differential expression analysis, for each database

Each folder contains the R scripts, the html report generated from the R script, the data in normalized counts, the results of the differential expression analysis done in IDEP, and the output that it is the merged file.

DEGsCorr:

For convenience – all the outputs generated after the correlation calculation and differential expression.

Code:

The integration of all the datasets, and plots.

Output:

The generated files after merging the datasets.

GOresults:

The results from GO analysis

Pubertyassoc:

The lists of genes associated with puberty, two lists from the literature and the merged list.
