ESIP is home to 30+ vibrant and diverse community-driven collaboration areas centered around Earth science data challenges and opportunities. Several collaboration areas shared lightning presentations about their recent activities and efforts to increase the use and value of Earth Science data during a webinar held on April 22, 2020. The goal of the event was to broaden awareness of ESIP collaboration area activities, increase communication and collaboration between existing collaboration areas, and invite new participants to join.

To learn more about ESIP collaboration areas, see esipfed.org/collaborate. Participating collaboration areas: Agriculture and Climate, Community Resilience, CLEAN Network, Data Stewardship, Discovery, Disaster Lifecycle, Envirosensing, Information Management Code Registry, Information Technology & Interoperability, Schema.org, Semantic Harmonization, and Sustainable Data Management.

The recording of this webinar can be found on the ESIP YouTube Channel.
