Movie S1. Slow wave propagation mapped across the anterior corpus. The slow wave initiates proximally and travels distally. Activation time and repolarization time were detected at each tissue site as described in Methods and Materials/Vm Slow Wave Pattern Map Generation. The colors indicate progression through the action potential and are linearly mapped from activation (red) to repolarization (blue). Tissue sites move across the image plane as the tissue deforms. Consequently, in any particular frame, some image plane pixels do not map to a tissue site and are colored black. This forms the transient black lines. Pr = proximal, GC = greater curvature.
