The case we are presenting is a 40-year-old male patient with a history of abdominal pain for over a year. Colonoscopy and CTrevealed a carcinoma of the right colon, confirmed on histology as an ascending colon adenocarcinoma. The cTNM staging was cT3N+M0. After routine preoperative preparation, the ‘tunnel’ approach to robotic-assisted radical right hemicolectomy was performed.
