Raw files associated with generating Figure 5 (b)-(c) of article titled, "All-glass 100 mm diameter visible metalens for imaging the cosmos." Used parameters for the image stacking and processing are illustrated in the Supplementary Information of the article. Processed images from the raw files are also provided.
