Composite video demonstrating mesenchymal and induced amoeboid invasion in 3D collagen and the effect of MMP inhibitor GM6001. Invasion tracks of 6 cells per condition, visible at the end of the movie, depict that invasion of amoeboid cells is not stalled by addition of GM6001, unlike invasion of control cells.
