ChemFuncT Interactive Directed Graph Demo

Demo of the ChemFuncT interactive directed graph visualization hosted on AMOS. Here, 3 ways of determining the location of a class's node within the graph are shown. Namely, following nodes in the graph itself, using the search bar to look up a class name, and using the dropdown menu list below the search bar which shows the hierarchical structure of the nodes - hovering over a class name in this list highlights the corresponding node in the graph. Right clicking a node (or its name in the list tree) will display a menu that has options to search AMOS for methods or fact sheets filtered for chemicals who are a member of that class.
