This Figshare item contains two videos introducing and demonstrating BRAPH 2’s Genesis compiler, a modular system designed for building tailored, reproducible network analysis pipelines in neuroscience.

The first video (50 seconds) presents a high-level overview of the Genesis concept and its role in addressing the growing complexity of neuroscience research through flexible, open-source, and reproducible software design.

The second video (7 minutes) provides a step-by-step tutorial illustrating how to use Genesis to create a custom BRAPH 2 distribution, with an example based on reservoir computing to estimate memory capacity (related to our recent publication in Nature Communications, 2025).

BRAPH 2 and its Genesis compiler are built following the FORCE principles: Flexible, Open-source, Reproducible, Community-oriented, and Easy-to-use.
