“GOVERNANCE OF CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES SYSTEMS IN INDIA”

ABSTRACT: In this paper we propose governance implementation for higher education system in India at different period of time. For this we intend to frame a logical architecture design for higher education system. On the basis of this architecture we will try give a broad base for governance of higher education. We aim at demonstrating the status, growth and external governance and internal governance with special reference to higher education system in India
