This paper examines the possible shifts the Anglican Church of Kenya must make on her identity to enhance her visibility following the suspension of public gatherings for worship.

The paper uses Thomas Kuhn’s paradigm shift theory as a framework to process this challenge. It examines the responses Christians made to adjust to the changes in order to continue worship. The responses expose the immense anomalies acknowledged but accommodated within the Anglican paradigm.

To cope with the challenges if the post COVID-19 era, the paper recommends that the Anglican Church adopts the proposals; to make all Confirmed Christians priests; affirm their homes as fragments of the divine sanctuary, where they can make sacrifices by charity, and create fellowship by hospitality; and transform the institutional church structures into instruments for equipping believers for service in the world. The paper suggests reforms that would address this and previous impediments to her visibility.
