This article offers a critical and in-depth exploration of the psychosocial and structural impact of the strategies Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) and Treatment as Prevention (TasP) on the lived experience of people living with HIV. Beyond their biomedical effectiveness, it examines how these approaches influence mental health, identity, stigma, and sustained access to care. The text emphasizes that the success of U=U and TasP depends not only on scientific evidence but also on integrating psychosocial interventions and structural responses that acknowledge the complexity of living with HIV. Ultimately, it calls for a human-centered approach that bridges science, public policy, and human rights.
