Two Controversies on the event horizon

There are two apparent controversies around the event horizon of a Schwarzschild black hole, the one arising from the calculation of the tangential escape velocity based on the centrifugal and gravitational force balance and the other one from the fact that in the relativistic frame, the maximum kinetic energy of a particle goes to infinite, as its velocity approaches the speed of light.
