Thematic Analysis Results (Research Paper Appendix)

This document contains the thematic analysis results for a research paper on the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) by software organizations. In the interest of space and brevity in the paper itself, this was made into an external resource instead of being directly included in the paper as an appendix. Thus, the full list of themes, subthemes, and codes resulting from the thematic analysis conducted as a part of the study are found in the tables found in this document. More information is available in the research paper itself, a link to which will be added here later once the paper is published.

This document does not contain the full interview transcripts the analysis is based on. It simply contains the results of the thematic analysis (codes, subthemes, themes).
