This is the supplemental material that accompnaies the publication in the American Journal of Physiology-Endocrinology and Metabolism that is entitled "The influence of interleukin-27 on metabolic fitness in a murine neonatal model of bacterial sepsis". This work investigates the influence of interleukin (IL)-27 on the metabolic profile in the liver, pancreas, hindlimb muscle, and spleen during neonatal sepsis.
