Results from the ABGD species delimitation analyses. Here reported are the number of species retrieved per partitition.;Results from ASAP species delimitaion analyses. Here reported are the number of species associated to the best and 2nd best ASAP score. ;Results from the Species Delimitation Plug-in, in Geneious. Here reported are P ID(Strict), P ID(Liberal), P(Randomly Distinct), and Rosenberg's P(AB) for each nominal species. Whithin species, clades number are those shown in Figures 1-10. Non significant results in grey. ; Summary of Species Delimitation Methods and Result. Numbers in colums indicates the number of clades identified by each method. "all" indicates that all clades shown in Figures 1 to 9 are retrieved as valid by a method; "*" in the P(Randomly Distinct) column indicates that this value could not be calculated for some clades due to the number of sequences in the clade being low (= 1 sequence). As discussed in the text, all clades, as identified in figures 1-9, were recovered as valid by at least one species delimitation method. In some species, some methods identified more clades than those shown in Figures 1-9, indicating that the number of cryptic species identified in this paper may be an underestimation.
