This study examined the effects of three bacterial probiotics on the skin microbiome and immune expression patterns of Xenopus laevis. The treatment groups included: no probiotic control, individual probiotic exposures, and exposure of a cocktail of all three probiotics combined. Microbial community diversity changes were examined at four time points, to include pre- and post-exposure.
