This Supplemental Document complements our article, “Advancing the Teaching of Equilibrium Potential: Five Small Yet Transformative Additions.” It is divided into two main sections:

• Section I (page 1): A comprehensive list of 14 medical physiology textbooks and Step 1 Board Review books the authors reviewed.
• Section II (pages 2–38): Detailed prompts used for ChatGPT to perform required calculations, along with the results of these calculations. The outcomes are summarized and presented in Table 1 of the main article.
