The trials were conceived and designed by Michael Abramson, Christine Holton, Justin Beilby, Mark Nelson, Richard Wood‐Baker, Francis Thien, Nabil Sulaiman, Eleonora Del Colle, Rory Wolfe, Alan J. Crockett, and John Massie. Data collection was conducted by Rosa Schattner, Eleonora Del Colle, and Christine Holton with the assistance of others acknowledged.
