Natural language processing on speech recognition model design has gained popularity due to its noninvasive assistive technology features and convenience in daily life use. This paper presents mobile assistive technology synthesis natural language processing on speech recognition model design where a noncontact three phases of speech recognition processing are implemented such as Computer-mediated reality, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) a measure for voice recognition method employed to capture signal, sound, voice and visual from users in the 3D reality and the virtual reality. The proposal for the conference held by Dartmouth College introduced the term “artificial intelligence” including this assertion: "Every aspect of learning or any other feature of intelligence can be so precisely described that a machine can be made to simulate it." During this conference, the field of AI research was established, and the people who attended it became the pioneers of AI research in which cognitive science is a subsection.
