Probiotic For Poultry Farms

As a result of the conducted research, it was established that microbiological monitoring systems at poultry farms are quite effective and, when professionally implemented, can serve as a foundation for the creation of an autoprobiotic. The results of laboratory studies showed that the strains *Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. lactis* GKV 03 and *Lactobacillus acidophilus* GKV 07 are harmless, enzymatically active, exhibit moderate adhesive activity, demonstrate antagonism towards major groups of opportunistic microorganisms, are resistant to acid and bile, and have a long shelf life under standard household refrigeration conditions.
