The article "Postdigital Resonance," authored by Lawrence Wilde, Charles White, and Petar Jandrić and published in Postdigital Science and Education, explores how digital technologies, deeply integrated into modern life, reshape human experiences and relationships. It builds on Hartmut Rosa’s theory of resonance, which describes how people connect with the world through three axes—social, material, and existential—and proposes adding a fourth "postdigital" axis to account for the unique ways technology mediates our lives in what the authors call the "postdigital" era. This term refers to a world where digital and physical realities are so intertwined that they are no longer distinct.
