Position yourself as a research leader: open access

The paper provides a review of the Open Access debate within the context of bibliometrics, citation analysis and the peer-review process. It builds a simple methodology for researchers to go about publishing in Open Access publications whilst ensuring they “position themselves as research leaders” in the global research landscape.
