<p dir="ltr">Open-source tool for cost-effectiveness analysis of a regional lifestyle/behavioral program for obesity. It implements a <b>deterministic cohort model</b> (annual cycles, half-cycle correction) with optional <b>probabilistic sensitivity analysis (PSA)</b>, exposed via an interactive Streamlit app for scenario exploration.</p><p dir="ltr"><b>Core features</b></p><ul><li>Cohort dynamics: all-cause mortality (applied once at cycle start), treatment success, dropout, primary failure, recurrence, benefit decay, optional escalation to surgery.</li><li>Perspectives: <b>Payer</b> (direct costs only) vs <b>Societal</b> (direct + indirect), with a toggle to include/exclude indirect offsets in ICER/NMB.</li><li>Economic settings: real € with configurable discounting and inflation; price year reported in outputs.</li><li>Sensitivity: Monte Carlo <b>PSA</b> (ICER/NMB) with fixed seed for reproducibility and <b>one-way</b> tornado analysis.</li><li>Outputs: annual tables and summary (ΔQALY, ΔCost, ICER, NMB), <b>CE plane</b>, <b>CEAC</b>, <b>NMB histogram</b>, <b>tornado</b>, and <b>budget-impact</b> plots; export to XLSX/PNG.</li></ul><p></p>
