This writeup is a letter of appeal exemplifying the burden that neuroscientists need to satisfy, since, it is with respect to a curious case involving fundamental right to Freedom of Religion. This writeup is about the case of Evangelical Christian Church v. Russia, application no. 73458/11, European Court of Human Rights (EctHR) lodged in 2011 which narrates the painstaking efforts undertaken by the Evangelical Christian Church to propagate religion. The religious group was banned from using certain DVDs for sermons, worship, and singing hymns on the ground of using Neuro Linguistic Programming to produce the DVDs.
