MyGene2 automated match report: MYLPF

MyGene2.org is free, public, searchable & browsable website. Families with rare genetic conditions, clinicians, and researchers families who are interested in sharing health and genetic information can create MyGene2 profiles and use these to connect with other families, clinicians, and researchers who may have or be studying the same condition. If multiple MyGene2 profiles potentially match on a shared gene of interest, MyGene2 automatically generates a match report summarizing the information in these profiles. This automated match report is shared publicly to help facilitate further research and/or connections between the submitters of the MyGene2 profiles and other interested parties.
