Mapping of Virtual Learning Environment in Open Access Resources from Faculty of Social Sciences A Scientometric Evaluation Based on Scopus Database from 2000-2019

In recent years are using the Virtual learning environment with open access resources for teaching. Learming and research activities of e higher education. To create digital literacy, Scholarly communication and electronic learning. This paper identifies the research productivity in the field of the virtual learning environment with open access resources for the faculty of social sciences in the Scopus database from 2000 to 2019. Out of the 6923 articles, 3419 publications (49.38 per cent) from journals, 557 articles The (8.04 per cent) published in 2011. journals of Computers and Education published 226 articles M (3.26 per cent) and one of the authors Castro, contributed 23 articles. Out of the 6923 publications, the America, country wise contributed to the United States of 1627 articles (23.50 per cent). The Open University of the USA published 69 articles from the overall institutions. National Science Foundation of USA also funding assistance to 118 articles motivate (1.70 per cent) and to the Indian contributors are high numbers published in the coming years.
