The
thermal activities of fluorocarbon compounds have been measured at temperatures
from 193 ° K to 500 ° K at atmospheric pressure by the pulse method. The measuring sensor is made in the form of a probe consisting of glass and a
deposited resistive element - nickel, 1200 A ° thick. The duration of the
pulses was in the range of 10–100 ms, depending on the object of study, to
