Thermophysical aspect of formation temperature sensation medico-biological object (MBO) from contact with the liquid (gas) with another body temperature. Presented two model problems with boundary conditions of the third kind: MBO modeled as plastic (solid), the body that interacts with the liquid medium short time (up to 5s) and the MBO is modeled as a liquid medium, which interacts with the liquid medium short time (up to 5s). An analytical and numerical solutions of the model problems. Results of studies can be used for different types of liquids and gases which do not undergo a phase or chemical reaction, regardless of their occurrence on a surface of another body or MBO. Technique of short-term measurements under irregular thermal regime (pulse method) used to study the thermal activity of different anatomical areas of the skin MBO depending on the temperature. The total error of this method is up to 5%.
