The era of digital transformation brings significant changes in various aspects of human life, including in the business world. The rapid development of information and communication technology has opened up new opportunities for companies to develop and market their products and services more widely and efficiently. On the other hand, the era of digital transformation also presents new challenges for companies, including in terms of implementing business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR). Companies are now faced with various complex ethical dilemmas, such as data privacy, cyber security, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. This research aims to study the influence of digital transformation on business ethics and CSR in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants, observations of business ethics and CSR practices in companies undergoing digital transformation, and document studies. The results show that digital transformation has a complex influence on business ethics and CSR. On the one hand, digital transformation can increase transparency, efficiency, and new opportunities for CSR. On the other hand, digital transformation can also pose risks of privacy violation, disinformation, and digital divide. However, the influence of digital transformation on business ethics and CSR is more likely to be positive. This is because the benefits offered by digital transformation outweigh the risks. However, companies need to continue to adapt and innovate to maximize the benefits of digital transformation and minimize the risks.
