FRET Tau

Tau aggregation assay using HEK293T Tau RD P301S FRET Biosensor cells (CRL-3275, ATTC) that were transfected with Alzheimer’s-derived Tau seeds and Tau-expressing vectors. Alternatively, cells were treated with different Tau fractions. FRET signal was analyzed using confocal microscopy and Fiji software.
